   Wellfleet Real Estate will help you locate and reserve your summer vacation home on the Outer Cape. By filling out and submitting this form we will be able to determine which of our extensive rental listings are appropriate for your time frame and budget.
   We have Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, and Sunday to Sunday rentals.
In determining a budget you should know, the average rate for a typical 3 bedroom home is $1,500 per week in season. Prices vary according to location, number of bedrooms, overall size and quality of home, and the level of amenities such as washer & dryer, television, etc.
