The Cape Cod National Seashore

   Wellfleet and Truro offer some of the most diverse natural resources on the cape. Because 59% of Wellfleet and 67% of Truro are situated within the Cape Cod National Seashore, our most beautiful natural resources are available to all. 
   The Atlantic Ocean, the Cape Cod Bay, the many clear kettle ponds all offer uncommon locations for swimming and water sports.

   Great Island, the Wellfleet Bay Audubon Preserve, and Marconi National Park offer additional opportunities to get away from the crowds to enjoy the outdoors.
   The 26 mile Cape Cod Bike Path begins in Wellfleet. Nicknamed the
"Art Gallery Town", Wellfleet is also home to many artists.
